About Always-At-Aum Yoga School and Robin Appel
Always-At-Aum Yoga School is a training facility for students looking to further their study of yoga. The school offers comprehensive teacher trainings and workshops that comply with Yoga Alliance standards. All open classes are by a suggested minimum donation of $10 to support the community. It is located at 170 Little East Neck Road (Rte. 109), West Babylon, NY 11704. Click here for a schedule of open classes.
Robin Appel is the founder of Always-At-Aum Yoga School. She is registered as an ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance and has been a Yoga Ed.™ Instructor/Trainer since 2004. Robin is dedicated to empowering students to make healthier decisions by becoming yoga educated. She holds teaching certifications for restorative yoga, Pilates, youth fitness training and is a Reiki Master/teacher.

Perfect for relaxation or stress relief. The weight of the Organic Flax seed creates a calming acupressure effect and the gentle Organic Lavender Buds will ease you into a restful state. For extra effect these pillows can be placed in the freezer (wonderful for tired eyes) or in the microwave. Great for use in your bra/panty drawer or placed in under your seat in your vehicle for a relaxing fresh lavender scent. Each eye pillow has doubled stitched seams with a hand stitched closure. It's 8 x 3 inches and 7.6-7.8 oz . It can be chilled in freezer or warmed in the microwave. They comes individually bagged for lasting freshness!
